To perform the many technical and machining services at Lukas Machine Inc., requires a diverse and flexible machine and facilities environment. To do great work, demands equipment scaled and designed to perform very specific tasks. The ability to manufacture products that range in size from parts measured in grams to others weighing tons, requires the most versatile facilities. For your review, we proudly highlight the equipment and facilities we have put in place for our current and future customers.

Our current facilities include (3) buildings each designed to optimize the varied manufacturing services we offer.

Building One -- 19,000 sq. ft. CNC Machining Centers

  • Main Floor Accessible By 5 Ton Overhead Crane With 200 Feet of Travel
  • Each Machine is Equipped with a 1 Ton Jib-Boom Air Hoist

Building Two -- 10,000 sq. ft. Conventional Machining and Assembly Area

Building Three -- 3,000 sq. ft. 24' High Bay With 10 Ton Overhead Crane and 78 Feet of Travel.

  • Raw Material Storage and Saws
  • Lukas Machine is Equipped With A Coolant Recovery Filtration System.
  • Lukas Machine Calibrates All CNC Machines as needed using Company Owned Renishaw Laser Interferometer.
