Product Profiles

One of the most gratifying aspects of our business comes from looking back, to examine our accomplishments and success stories. On this page we display some of the products which for each, tells a very interesting story of how technology, materials , and process all came together.







Laser Target Chamber

In this instance a combination of technology, materials and process have been brought together to produce unique parallelism of 30 ports of one inch rolled alluminium plate all machined, welded, and vacuum tested within one facility. When a laser beam is run through each of the 30 ports, all simultaneously converge on the target at the same time. Each port was machined separately and then welded.



Steel Tube

As a demonstration our large capacity, this 10 inch diameter steel tube 135 inches in length is a representative example of such capabilities. The steel tube was machined with a parallel call out to 0.001. This work was performed to a tolerance of +/- 0.001/0.002.




Propeller Blade

This represents an aircraft retrofit on an international rennovation project of a vintage aircraft to customer supplied forgings. The length of the propeller being 78 inches with a 15 inch wide air-foil again demonstrates capacity. A taper bore was performed after it was machined as well as contour on the air-foil to produce a constant surface of the blade itself without interruption and a nice smooth transition. There is a 15 inch long bore with 0.0002 tolerance taper bore.


Axis Carriage

Aluminium Casting machined to customer specifications with a perpendicularity of 0.001 and hole locations of +/- 0.001 in metric demensions. This is a good example of a production product carriage house machined to tolerance.
