One of the most gratifying aspects of our business comes from looking back, to examine our accomplishments and success stories. On this page we display some of the products which for each, tells a very interesting story of how technology, materials , and process came together.

Stainless Steel Pressure Chamber

This is a stainless steel pressure chamber which was rolled and seam welded. The end caps have been formed and machined for finish dims. Then it was helium vacuum pressure tested in house by Lukas Fab.

Port Sub-Assemblies

These are port sub-assemblies of precision sawed aluminium tubing with machined flanges welded to the tubing and then assembled to welding.

Two Piece Construction Welded

This is a 43" long two piece construction welded with a diameter of +/- 0.005 with timed machined slots and cams.

Laser Target Chamber

In this instance a combination of technology, materials and process have been brought together to produce unique parallelism of 30 ports of one inch rolled alluminium plate all machined, welded, and vacuum tested within one facility. When a laser beam is run through each of the 30 ports, all simultaneously converge on the target at the same time. Each port was machined separately and then welded.
