Lukas Machine Inc. was established in 1968 and Lukas Fab in 1979. Today we operate in 32,000 square feet of manufacturing space and employ approximately 48 full time machinists, welders, and technical staff.

Lukas Machine Inc. offer's CNC Milling and Turning, Conventional Milling and Turning, Welding, Assembly, and Helium Leak Inspection. We handle repairs, fabrication, tooling and assembly work for one of a kind prototype and R & D work to short runs to full production. In addition we have many years of experience working with our nation's national laboratories, in the development of cutting edge laser technologies.

Lukas Machine Inc. has been a direct vendor to The Boeing Company for more than 25 years and in 1991 received our D1-9000 Quality Certification. November 2007 Lukas Machine Inc. was certified ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 Rev B. Our customers within The Boeing Co. include the Commercial Division, Tooling Division, Everett and Renton Facilities, Information and Support Services and Emergent Auburn Offload.

We produce more than 80% of our commercial revenue outside the aerospace community including Laser, Nuclear, Marine, Water Cutting Industries, and government research and development. Our wide customer base enables us to work efficiently in either small part runs or large production quantities.

Our capabilities allow us to manufacture parts from castings, forgings, hogouts, bar extrusion, plate and all types of nylon, as well as exotic aerospace alloys. We specialize in hard machining materials such as Titanium, Monel, Invar and Inconel.
